A working knowledge of Word and Excel would be an asset.<\/p>\n<p>Duties of this position:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the point of contact for all potential and returning fair volunteers<\/li>\n<li>Working with the fair committee chairs to identify their volunteer needs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a current active list of volunteers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that volunteers have the information they need about the roles they take on<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with volunteers to learn about their fair experience<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this volunteer role is someone who is personable, organized, and a creative problem solver.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@bayfieldfair.ca\">info@bayfieldfair.ca<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Board of Directors of the Bayfield Agricultural Society is looking for someone to fill the position of a Volunteer Coordinator.
