Be a volunteer for the Bayfield Agricultural Society and YOU will be a Very Important Person (VIP) at this year’s 168th Bayfield Fair.
We appreciate our volunteers and to access your free fair pass, please follow these easy steps!
1. Sign up for your favourite volunteer activity by following this link: https://bayfieldfair.ca/?page_id=221
2. Fill out the Volunteer Form. This helps ensure that all volunteers are covered by our insurance. Just fill in your name, email address and phone number AND this will be your entry into a draw for a family pass of tickets (Two Adults, Two Children) to the RCMP Musical Ride on Saturday Aug. 31 or September 1 at 5 pm! You will receive one entry for each day you volunteer!
3. We’ll be in touch with you soon to send you a personalized day pass for each day that you volunteer at the fair! These will be gathered at the gate when you arrive.
We cannot put on this fair without YOUR help! Please sign up by July 31 to receive your chance for a family pass of tickets to the RCMP Musical Ride being held in Clinton on Labour Day weekend!
