The Annual Meeting of the Bayfield Agricultural Society will be held in the basement of St. Andrew’s United Church and virtually online on Friday, November 22, 2024, starting at 8:00 p.m. for all current members in addition to guests registered with the President or Secretary.

This meeting is for the purpose of receiving reports and statements required to be placed before the Annual Meeting, electing Directors and Committee Chairs, appointing someone to review the financial records and prepare a report for the Society, and for the transaction of such other matters as may properly be brought before the meeting.

In addition to receiving reports and financial statements for the period that ended October 31, 2024, OAAS awards will be presented.
