Photo taken at the 2024 Wreath Sale held on November 15/16. This is all we had left on the Saturday morning!

An annual fundraising activity of the Bayfield Agricultural Society is the making and selling of wreaths and tails. In October of each year, a group of volunteers gathers to cut the boughs and make the seasonal pieces from local greens and then sells them during the Christmas in Bayfield weekend in November.

The 2025 Wreath Sale will be held on November 14 and 15.

Here are the details:

  • Friday, November 14 – 4 to 8 pm
  • Saturday, November 15 – 10 am to 3 pm, while quantities last
  • Parking lot in front of St. Andrew’s United Church, 6 The Square, Bayfield
  • Wreath Sizes/Prices: Medium – $30; Large – $40
  • Payment by cash or debit/credit.

These beautiful wreaths are made of natural grapevine, cedar, spruce, white pine, juniper, and yew. Each wreath is one of a kind and will add a special warmth to any holiday décor.

A limited number of greenery bundles, bows, and tails will also be available.

All of the wreaths have been handcrafted by local volunteers using locally-sourced greens as a fundraiser for the Bayfield Agricultural Society – a local organization with a 169-year history in the Bayfield community. Proudly keeping it local!
