Help us celebrate two incredible milestones this summer as the Bayfield Agricultural Society marks 170 years of serving our community, and the Village of Bayfield celebrates its 150th anniversary!
Join us on Opening Night of the Bayfield Fair on Friday, August 14 at 8:00 PM for a one-of-a-kind competition.

We’re putting an agricultural twist on a classic team challenge with our Timed Tractor Tug of War! Teams of four will test their strength by pulling a John Deere 6M 150 tractor, generously provided by Huron Tractor, using a tug rope supplied by Tuckersmith Communications Co-op (TCC).
Each team (all ages) will race against the clock, pulling the tractor over a predetermined distance in the Main Show Ring. Official timing will be provided by REACH Huron, making every second count!
Of course, the bragging rights are priceless—but thanks to the generous support of Tuckersmith Communications Co-op, the top three teams will also earn a donation to the registered charity of their choice:
🥇 1st Place: $200 charitable donation
🥈 2nd Place: $100 charitable donation
🥉 3rd Place: $50 charitable donation

We want many entries, but are limited by time. Fireworks are set for 9 pm, so this year we will only accept up to the first 10 teams!
